1. General Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, your shirt must:

Be within the 90-day return period.

Remain in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Include all tags, labels, and original packaging.
-
Be accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Return Procedure
A. Returns due to Luxorgap’s Fault (Damaged, Defective, Wrong Item)
We accept responsibility if you receive a shirt that is:

Damaged (torn, stained, defective) upon arrival.

Incorrectly delivered (different size, color, or style than ordered).
Cost: Completely free. Luxorgap provides a prepaid return shipping label.
Solution: You may choose between:

A replacement shirt (if in stock), or
-
A full refund, including the original shipping fee.
B. General Returns (Change of Mind, Wrong Fit, No Longer Wanted)
If the shirt is in good condition but you no longer want it:

Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Solution: Once we receive and verify the shirt, we will issue a refund for the product value (excluding the original shipping fee).

4. Return Process (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Request a Return

Provide: order number, reason for return.

If the shirt is defective/damaged: include photos or videos as proof.
Step 2: Receive Instructions

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.

If the return is Luxorgap’s fault, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Step 3: Pack & Ship the Shirt Back

Carefully pack the shirt, preferably in the original packaging.

5. Refund Policy

Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the shirt.

Refund Method: Directly back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Store credit is available only upon request.

Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
6. Restocking Fee
Luxorgap does not charge restocking fees for returned shirts.
7. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays).
