About Us – Guided by Greatness
Luxorgap was founded at the end of 2023 with a simple and clear goal – to create shirts that not only look and feel good, but also carry meaning. Every piece Luxorgap makes isn’t just something to wear; it’s a way to share a message – about respect, gratitude, and the inspiration we’ve received from the people who have guided, encouraged, and helped us grow into better versions of ourselves.
The “Guided by Greatness” collection is the clearest reflection of that spirit. Each shirt is a small tribute to a teacher, a mentor, or anyone who has been there for you and passed on valuable lessons. Luxorgap believes that when you put on a shirt with such a message, you’re not just wearing clothing – you’re carrying a story with you.
Business Model – Direct to Customer, Flexible Production
From day one, Luxorgap chose to sell directly through its website, rather than going through dealers or online marketplaces. It wasn’t a random choice – it was an intentional decision to keep the distance between the workshop and the customer as short as possible. This way, every step – from picking the fabric, to sewing, printing, and packing – stays under Luxorgap’s care.
Fabrics come from trusted suppliers in the United States and are delivered to Luxorgap’s own 50m² workshop in Twentynine Palms, California. The space isn’t huge, but it’s set up to handle the entire production process. Inside, there are 6 industrial sewing machines, two screen printing setups, one DTG printer, and heat press equipment to finish the products.
Everything – from ready-made shirts to personalized orders – is created right here. Most of Luxorgap’s customers are in the 20–35 age range, drawn to minimal, comfortable styles but still wanting something unique. Luxorgap also works with groups of friends, couples, clubs, and communities with shared interests like trucking, sports, or music to create one-of-a-kind apparel that reflects who they are.
Main Products – T-shirts & Sweatshirts
Luxorgap focuses on two main products: T-shirts and sweatshirts. For ready-made pieces, the fabrics are either natural cotton or a cotton blend – usually around 50% cotton and 50% polyester. This combination keeps the softness and breathability of cotton while making the fabric more colorfast and less prone to wrinkles.
Before sewing, all fabrics are treated to reduce shrinkage, avoid pilling, and hold their shape longer. When cared for properly – washed in cold water, laid flat to dry, avoiding high heat – they can keep their look and fit even after many washes. Fabric weight ranges from 180 GSM for lighter tees suited for everyday wear to 320 GSM for thicker, warmer sweatshirts.
Luxorgap is transparent about its fabric sources: Cotton from Bayside Apparel & Textiles in California – known for strong, even-colored fibers; Fleece from American Fleece Mills in North Carolina – recognized for stable weight, light stretch, and clear print quality. These suppliers were chosen because their materials work well for both large runs and small custom batches.
Before a new design appears on the website, Luxorgap always goes through two test steps: print test to check colors, sharpness, and ink–fabric interaction; and fit test – wearing, washing, and checking fabric response. Only when everything feels right does Luxorgap start full production.
Production Process & Quality Control – Care from the Start
At Luxorgap, everything begins with the fabric. When a new shipment arrives, it’s unwrapped and inspected: GSM is measured, colors are compared under both natural and workshop lighting, and a small swatch is washed to test shrinkage.
Once approved, the fabric moves to the cutting table, where each piece is measured and marked according to standard patterns. Soft, breathable cotton or blends are used for lighter garments; thicker fleece with a touch of stretch for warmer pieces.
Sewing is done with attention to durability and comfort – double stitching at shoulders and sleeves, neatly finished hems, and no loose threads reaching printing.
Printing methods depend on the design: screen printing for solid colors and large runs, DTG printing for detailed, multi-color designs. Heat pressing is used to lock in the print.
Every shirt is hand-checked in three areas – stitching, print quality, and sizing. Defective pieces are reworked or replaced; nothing is packed unless it meets Luxorgap’s standard.

The “Guided by Greatness” collection says it all – about the respect, gratitude, and inspiration your teacher, mentor, or guide has given you.
